About Us
When my second daughter was born, I decided to start working part-time and began helping a few people with house cleaning. Before long, more people started reaching out, and I realized there was a real need among busy families for reliable, quality cleaning services.
Clients would often thank me for the feeling of walking into a space that smelled fresh and looked spotless. That feeling of relief and comfort inspired us to create our own company — with the mission of supporting families through personalized, trustworthy cleaning solutions.
Since then, we’ve proudly served over 300 clients, including recurring customers, one-time cleanings, and move-in/move-out services.
We believe in our team and in the power of a clean home to bring a sense of freshness, peace, and calm. Our goal is to turn every house we clean into a place that truly feels like home.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To be fair to both our clients and our business, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a $50 fee.
- If our team has already arrived and the service is canceled, the full service amount will be charged.
- Rescheduling is allowed within the same week if done at least 48 hours in advance.
- To cancel or reschedule, call us at (650) 304-1586.

Pre-service Setup
To help us serve you better, please:
- Remove clutter so we can clean all surfaces.
- Pick up clothes and toys
- Empty all sinks
- Let us know in advance if you need anything extra (additional charges may apply)
- Keep pets in a calm and secure place
- Avoid scheduling other services (movers, painters, etc.) on the same day
- Payment is due the same day the service is performed
